Pity Beria didn't drop dead at the same time considering the suffering he caused.

Yeah! That's also possible, as the rat poison cause the same symptoms as a stroke.

I find it really funny. Rat poison. As in, a small funny dirty rodent. Rat poison. It sounds like the way you'd kill someone in a Looney Tunes cartoon.

Did you know he was only 1m63 high? He was shorter than Hitler. And yet HE is not the one being mocked for his height. Probably because he was fat as well.

I didn't know that. Mhhh... With being that small, he'd definitely fit to these guys: [link] But Stalin was Georgian, so don't really fit here.

Except that Louis XIV was actually tall.
If you'd like to mention a famous short leader of France, then how about Adolphe Thiers? He was 155 cm tall. Because of his cruel actions, he had been nicknamed "le nain maquillé de sang" (the midget with blood make-up).

Did all these vertically challenged leaders want to compensate for something?

It might be a legend, but there's definitely a hint of truth in it. Poor fucker. That's what you get for being so paranoid that you kill your own people - noone dares to even come close to you to prevent your death!

I was never really sure how he died; this legend is interesting and I can't stop laughing at this comic!
