The title is Kilts and Contemplation because...well...um, he's wearing a kilt and he's looking contemplative. Maybe he's wondering why he's wearing a kilt XD.I plead not guilty. Yes, it's another pic of Clockwork with legs, but hey. It's not so much the legs I have a problem with as the pants, and kilts=/
ants. 8D The coloring is stupid because I did it with a mouse. I dun have my laptop yet. Also, yes I know the plaid looks like Sam's skirt and is illogical and rough. Again, I did it with a mouse and the line/curve tool. >.<

Stupid coloring, illogical plaid and sketchy base aside, I think it's a pretty decent pic.
