It looks creepy and unsettling, you can also leave it like this for the creepy effect
(but Maybe more contrast?(Like on the creature face) would make it pop up more)

Seconding that. Also feeling the greens could possibly be darkened and less saturated, and the overall piece could benefit from a little more polishing. When you finish your piece, take a short break, Then go over everything one last time to clean up the overall look. Never rush yourself ;3
I suggest being a lot more daring with your colour picking when you shade, (letting those reds drop into purples on the colour wheel when shading. Hope that makes sense). It will help build that contrast Yuri is talking about. It'll help everything pop out a little more, and bring it all to life. I can note some examples of this if you're interested.
