Reinvigorated by his discovery, and a large mug of iced Raktajino, Ensign Miller stayed at work for several more hours documenting the anomaly with his relief. Once the Nevada had to depart, he was ordered to bed with the option of the next day off, though the XO knew Miller would not take the offer.
Miller would spend the next few years going over the data collected about his discovery, both from his initial scans and from follow-up visits by scientists eager to study the anomaly.
