Description
At first, the science officer thought he was seeing things due to sheer exhaustion. He had stayed awake all night upgrading the sensors and had refused the XO's offer to take the shift off. Now, near the end of his shift, his upgraded sensors were detecting an anomaly and he wasn't sure if he was hallucinating. Fortunately, his relief had heard about his all-nighter and took it upon herself to relieve him early. She was able to confirm that, no, he wasn't hallucinating and, two, that was a previously unknown anomaly.
