"Antique Rose nudged a sheep with her nose, willing it to go where it was supposed to. When it didn't, Antique Rose quickly ran behind the sheep and let out a loud bark. The sheep baaed and moved into the pen, where it was supposed to go. Antique Rose had been practicing for this day, the day she showed off all her skills with other animals. Antique Rose had been assigned the task of herding sheep into a pen. The job was painstakingly slow, but Antique Rose did it happily, knowing she needed to prove she deserved her rite. Her handler had explained everything to her, and so they had practiced together. Antique Rose had practiced herding pigs, cows, sheep, chickens, and even some Tokota puppies who'd been lost, though that job was easy, because she could just tell the Tokotas to follow her. Antique Rose knew she could herd these sheep. She didn't get over cocky or feel rushed-no, she did it slowly, taking her time and doing it well. Eventually, after quite a while, Antique Rose had nudged the last sheep into place. She grinned with a wide, toothy smile, her tongue lolling. Antique Rose knew she had passed, and had done it well, taking her time and not making any errors."
