Creature-Exchange assignment for MUTTD0G . I keep getting dragon/reptile designs, ha.Let me start off by saying that my tablet messed up before I could finish this totally. That's why the hood fur lines and glove lines look a little wobbly. I had to use my laptop's trackpad to finish this up. The coloring is done with the trackpad too, but I hope you like it anyway.
She's got a bit of a nautical theme/colors. The crappy sketch (done with trackpad, ha) is to show what her little bag looks like up under her hood. She collects little trinkets to hang from it. I didn't include the fluff on the gloves simply because it looked a little too cluttered in my drawing. You can absolutely add it back in though. In fact I don't mind if you change her design drastically or anything. And if you don't particularly like her do feel free to give the design away.

She is so adorable! Wowowowo I wasn't even expecting anyone to get what I was saying in my description, but this came out exactly what I imagined it like! Those blue colors are so pretty too, and the horns. ;o; So cute, I can't wait to draw her! Thanks so much! <333

I'm actually mostly good at mammal sort of designs, so I was glad you asked for a more cannineish dragon rather than a more reptile one.
I tried coloring her with your color palette that asked for browns and green, but . . . I ended up deviating too much from what you asked for and I decided to scrap that one. She had a red jacket and looked more wintery than autumny (fallen leaves). Her jacket made me think of Santa Claus, ha.

I really enjoy doing these design exchanges. ^-^ I'm sure you'll have lots of fun doing them too. Sometimes they're a bit of a challenge because you get something totally out of your comfort zone. That's how my first one was for me. They asked for extra legs and for it to be based on animals that weren't what I was used to drawing, but it just made it more fun I guess.

Anthropologic designs still might be a challenge, however, because I've never tried them.
I can see how extra legs can be a problem! I don't know if I've ever tried that.
I guess I should eventually. I hope I don't get any extremely strange animals.
But, yes, I think that sort of challenge will make it more fun ^u^
