Description
Here's the fringe of the pattern I use to make my turian plushies. As I am an enormous fan of Bioware's excellent Mass Effect series of games, making plush of my favorite aliens was an eventuality. This pattern is what I used the fringe for my Garrus plushie. I also used it for Saren, but had to shorten the length of the top 3. Individual alterations may be necessary depending on the turian in question.I find that the tops of the fringe look better with a small seam sewn down their middles, and I slightly layer them when I'm attaching them to the head.
Left to right, top to bottom: 3rd fringe top, lowest fringe top, 3rd fringe bottom, lowest fringe bottom, 2nd fringe top, 2nd fringe bottom (cut 2 of each of these); middle fringe top, middle fringe bottom.
Download for the full-size pattern.
Feel free to use this pattern to make your own turians: just let me see your finished product!

Nice pattern! I'll definitely try it out. Do you have any pics of your finished Turians so I can get an idea of how to piece things together?

Yes, and as soon as I get the pics cleaned up (I'm great with making things, not so great with taking pictures of things) I'll post them.

Hey, I have pics of a (mostly) finished Garrus up now, if you'd care to look.
