well... you find a vampire and get some pliers.... lol
they are made from dental acrylic over a cast of a client's real teeth
much like a normal denture is made but with certain 'differences' lol

LOL, they've been coloured to give a more beastly look.
most vampires have gleamiong white teeth, but not always...
