I Love Psylocke, and this drawign you've done of her really brings out the...psylockeness of her? lol
The BKG looks funky, like a candy land expirience with the sakura tree there, but that's of no consequence, the drawign is cool

Looks great. Photoshop usually does bring out the best in drawings when colored with it... Sure beats colored pencils. And you already have good inking skills
