What might any body suggest for the type of fabric to use for these cheer dresses? (:

No budget? Hi-tec sports fabrics such as coolmax which have a moisture wicking quality.
More realistic budget/what I'd do.... maybe a decent weight stretch fabric like a jersey or viscose (Make sure not too thin, around 3mm thick) just to get the skirt drape nice
