I've always thought that the Pyro was a girl.
I have no idea why, but he/she/it just kind of feels female to me.
So yeah.

She? Well, he's a originally boy.. even if he has got things which women have got.
Women are really bad for the pyro classes, unless they have a metal or super skin. Just saying to let u know, so dont be mad o^o
The reason why they can't be in pyro class is because their skin is not even good for it. So, lets say Pyro loves to act like a woman but actually a boy. x3

First off, when a Sniper revenge kills a pyro, he mentions ovaries (girl parts), dead women, and he called her sister.
The female cloud in pyroland.
Engie calls her maam.
Demoman calls her lassie.

Andrew Kepple has this great animation called Spy & Pyro that this reminds me of...
Also, Valve does this thing on Steam where there's a message about the Pyro and they randomly refer to it as either "he" or "she". Cockteases.

I actually don't play it that much since my internet sucks total ass, but I looove it. Valve is so awesome with all the videos and comics they release for it. <3 (And I play other valve games like HL and Portal... you know, ones that don't require internet, grumblegrumble)
