I got into TF2.I am convinced that masked maniac is a chica.
AND SINCE IT'S A GAME OF STEREOTYPES. LET'S HAVE A STEREOTYPE. EL MEXICANO STYLE. (No offense to any Mexican's that watch me.)

I think Pyro is man. I like that fans made a female version of him. At least we dont have to argue now about him either being a male or female.

Your'e welcomed. By the way, do you happen to have an idea of how Pyro end up as a R.E.D pyromaniac-for-hire? A former Communist guerrilla turned mercenary maybe? I always see Pyro as a Cuban, kinda fits in with the whole 'Cold War espionage' theme of the 60's.

Finally! Someone else who has the same idea as me about Pyro being female, but not the 'Smurfette' of the gang. Rather, she fits in very well with the guys.

Valve actually purposely sometimes references the Pyro as male and sometimes as female, but mostly leaving it ambiguous to draw in a crowd. The fandom is full of people who actually believe them to be female, myself included.
