Download the .rar file on the top right.

Unzip it with Winrar if you don't have the program google it and download. Once you extract the .P3T file, get a USB and make a file extensions in the following order.

PS3>THEME> [Insert theme file here]

Then you go to your PS3 and go to theme, and click on your list of them and put install themes, you should see your USB there and click the theme file.

Did you extract the theme onto your USB? As well as made the passage with folders going
PS3>THEME> (Put the theme inside this folder)

Not sure if it would work on PSP...Should...but I made it for a PS3.
