Description
A good friend of mine is writing up a Fallout hack RPG. It looks like great stuff. Awesome if you're a Fallout fan and enjoy roleplaying! He's writing it with my fiancee as well, so that's extra awesome. They asked me to do a bit of art for it, soo... here ya go.

Very nice - I like the detail, and she obviously has attitude to spare.

Excellent job! And the work looks great!
Just a warning, the last group that tried something like this got a C&D even when they thought they had permission. Their work can be found in the Exodus game. [link]

Thanks!
The developer is pretty well up on copyright laws, so I'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing. xD I hope anyway. Thanks for the concern, though!

Well, the previous company I pointed out thought they had the contract to do it legally, and then, well... Bad Things happened.
Just like to see a well-made Fallout game so I can finally play it! I keep seeing all those old boarded up buildings and going, "Damnit, I have a tire iron in perfect condition. Those places would be *SO* open in a PnP RPG!"

That would be really awesome!
I'm not too well versed with that stuff, but I think it's okay cause he's not making any money from it?

That does confer a bit of protection, yes. Provisions for "Fan Sites" are put into most IPs now to prevent what happened with TSR (The original makers of Dungeons and Dragons) and the early days of the Web, where they had to order C&Ds or else lose the right to their Intellectual Property.
At least, that was the reason I heard behind it in those days. Most fans just figured they were being jerks.
