Giant Robot Society- web comic project.ive been working on sequential for this project lately, and i once again realized how challenging it is to make a comic.
this is one of the promo- cover art material illustrating one of the key moment in the first chapter of the story.
featuring the main character "mechanic" and his captured prey "Orphan."
please stay tuned for more concept, and illustrations before the comic became available next month ^^

this drawing was done using pencil and paper- 24X18inch sketch book, then colored in PSCS5.

this is just plain fantastic, what I love the most is how you have the light shine form his hand.

this looks very cool. some kind of a mixture of battle angel alita nd blame!..
like the textures of the metal and the mashinedesign. and the illumination of the light source is very cool with a very realistic through of shadows.
