My dragon beastie finally shows her face after being trapped in sketchbooks for over a year. Still not certain I'll keep her colors exactly the same, but maroon and orange will always be a constant along with her color shift.

History: Coronah is a Celestial Dragon created from the union of Solaris the Avatar of the Sun and Lunaris Avatar of the Moon. Out of the 4 eggs laid, only one hatched. Coronah emerged under the darkness of a Solar Eclipse, while both her parents clashed viciously over territory and power. The hatchling that was originally an Avatar of Light, was nearly choked out by the furious energies of her parents. That darkness enveloped her and rather than killing the small dragonette, transformed her into one of the rarest Avatars known to exist. Eclipse. Her father's firey and bright nature coupled with her mother's dark coldness created quite the duality in the young celestial. There are rumors she has a brother Umbris who is the Avatar of the Lunar Eclipse, but she has yet to encounter him.

Description:When experiencing strong emotions her mane shimmers and flows all on its own, resembling a sort of cosmic fire. When calm, content, sad, or bored, her mane lays flat and turns a dark maroon. The horns that sprout from her face are nearly unbreakable and glow when swollen with energy. The pores that run along her neck and body "breathe" in energy from her enviroment, and flare up like the exhaust on a hot rod when she's enraged. At night her body becomes completely dark, while during the day she begins to fade from her tail up the longer she's in the sun. The front half of her body has never totally faded.

Powers: Her breath weapon is a highly concentrated blast of solar energy as hot as a stars corona itself. The longer she sustains it the colder it gets and the white hot energy is replaced by black smoldering flames. Anyone who looks at her while using her breath weapon is greatly risking their eyesight. The energy she absorbs constantly hyper charges her cells, making her self heal incredibly fast. Coronah's entire face is like a battering ram, and along with her hooked claws are her first choice of weapons. It's said on her homeworld that she is destined to be the progenital downfall of her parents the next time they cross paths during a Solar Eclipse. Whether she follows through with this is unknown, but this is when her power would be the strongest.
