Description
Pannonian Rusyns are descendants of migrants from eastern Upper Hungary to Vojvodina. They were Slovaks as well as Rusyns. Today they speak language similar to Eastern Slovak dialect, but they consider themselves Rusyns. Because their language is distinct from Carpathian Rusyn , I created flag for them. It combines stripes from pan-Rusyn flag , but without CoA typical for Carpathian Rusyns. Instead it has symbol of Vojvodina , three stars without Serbian tricolor. They represent three subdivisions of Vojvodina: Bačka, Banat and Srem, that are present in CoA of Vojvodina too. Pannonian Rusyns live mainly in Bačka. This flag was already published here .Related content

I didn't know any Pannonian Rusyn flag before this deviation. Which one do you mean? Can you give a link?

Rusyn only use the coat of arms with a bear and the colors of the flag of the state they are in.
For example in Serbia (Vojvodina region) we use our coat of arms on a serbian flag

And in Croatia they use the colors of the Croatian flag. Except those retards decided to add croatian details to the coat of arms also (because they whish they were croats i guess.)

This however is the only true flag of Rusyns, and one day will be the flag of free Podkarpatská Rus (as you call it in Slovakia)

What you made is the not so loved flag of north Serbia region known as Vojvodina.

Oh, I see. So per pale seven blue-yellow stripes and red bear on white is more Rusyn symbol than Colombian fess blue-white-red. However, if I used one Rusyn symbol and one symbol of Vojvodina, I made something similar to flags you showed. But as you want, Pannonian Rusyns can use Serbian tricolor with Rusyn CoA.
BTW: this is good for Slovakian Hungarians (Pozsony) or Hungarian Slovaks (Budapešť)? And what for the other group? Does Serbian Slovaks have own symbol? Hungarian Slovaks can use something similar, they are also "Lowlanders".

Well that would be reversed from what we do. I would use this for Slovaks in Hungary, all in all if using that system it makes more sense to use Hungarian CoA on a Slovakian flag for Hungarians that live in Slovakia. At least i feel that the CoA represents a people more than the colors of the flag. Slovaks in Serbia use the flag of Slovakia. As they should. If one is fortunate enough to have a country and a flag they should be proud to display it.

Cool that you made up a flag for an ethnic group that didn't yet have a flag!
