Description
Shikku27316 hates Pan-Slavic tricolor, so he created gallery of alternative Slavic flags. Some of them I like, for some countries I found flag from other author. I included Czechoslovakia as former Slavic country and Hungary as country with prevalence of Slavic genes. Macedonia was added later after comment of SoaringAven . Some of these proposals are worse than current flags, e.g. Montenegro. Some are intentional merge of different national symbols, namely Belarus, Slovakia and Slovenia. (See gallery at my Slovak Wikipedia page.) My first proposal for Poland was twin of Potosí . Final design is based on Polish roundel and similar design has varpho . Only Russia has Pan-Slavic colors because this flag is the first flag with them. It is Russian enough and has no twins. Links to original files:
