As my second submission to Messier-Senshi , SailorKepler 186F AKA Nivine is finally finished. I had fun with her design, but I'm hoping now she's not too humanoid to have a place in the Kepler Sisterhood. I went with a more humanoid (in comparison to some of the Kepler submissions I've seen), since unlike some of the Kepler exoplanets, 186F is in the habitable zone of the Kepler-186 Solar System (the fifth planet furthest away from its Sun). With that in mind I figured lifeforms somewhat similar to those of Earth would evolve there.

Since 186F revolves around a Red Dwarf star, it receives about 1/3 of the Sunlight Earth receives from its Sun. So Kepler186F may be a bit cooler than Earth. As for Nivine's people (The Dragori, although Nivine herself is named for her people's term for their planet), they are technologically advanced, but they are also environmentally conscious. Their world, Nivine/186F is practically a utopia...that is until outside forces threatened their world. It was then that "SailorNivine" awakened and redirected the assault, and afterwards found herself worshiped as a saviour of the planet by her people.

Nivine is a sweet girl, and doesn't really like her new found glory nor does she enjoy her God-like status. She's really too nice to speak up for herself and would much rather spend her time in solitude taking care of stray animals (Earth isn't the only planet that has strays of course), cooking, or reading. What will she do when the Messier-Senshi Alliance requests that she join the Sisterhood?

Personality: Nivine is sweet, cheerful, good-natured, and likes to keep to herself for the most part. When she awakens as a Sailor Senshi, he is unsure how she feels about it. On one hand she feels it gives her the opportunity to protect those she cares about, but on the other hand she dislikes the idea of being worshiped as a goddess when she feels that she is no different from anyone else.
Powers: Ice and Cold
Attacks:
† Rave in the Fog - Creates a cold thick fog around targets.
† Silvered Freeze - Slides across the floor, tripping her target (Note: Also uses this attack to move quickly/dodge opponents).
† Freezer Burn - Summons six ice crystals, which spin in a circle around her body before she telekinetically launches them at her opponent, flash-freezing them on contact.
† Ice Doppelganger - Creates an icy clone of herself from anywhere within ten feet. Anyone who touches this doppelganger will freeze.
† Ice Coffin - Nivine quickly covers herself in a sheet of ice. If an opponent physically attacks her while she is in this state, they will automatically be flash-frozen.
† Shatter - Upon freezing her opponent (via Freezer Burn, but sometimes Ice Coffin as well), she kicks them in the chest, shattering them to billions of shards.

Dragori Notes:

† The planet Nivine/Kepler 186F is similar to Earth, albeit a bit colder due to receiving 1/3 the sunlight of Earth. As it is similar to Earth, the Dragori evolved into their current more humanoid form from a thick-furred deer-like creature known at the Dragelk which was capable of surviving in very cold conditions. When the Dragori evolved, their skin darkened in order to absorb solar radiation so that they may keep warm, thus accommodating for the loss of fur.

† Dragelks used their horns to dig for food growing in the tundra as well as used them to protect themselves against would-be predators. Although they no longer have this either of these uses as Dragori, the horns combined with their long ears work as a radiator; regulating the Dragori's body temperature.

† Dragori tails are prehensile, allowing them to grasp tree branches, weapons, etc. They can also move in such a way as to indicate a Dragori's mental or emotional state. As the Draelks evolved into Dragoris, they took to climbing trees in order to not only escape predators, but because there was better food up high.

† A Dragori's skin can vary from dark green, dark, blue, or dark grey-blue. The dark neutral-toned skin helps protect a Dragori's body by absorbing solar radiation. Their skin is also quite thick in comparison to a human's, making them have a higher tolerance to minor injuries such as scratches and bruises.
