So does anyone remember this soldier? No? Me neither.
In all seriousness, I originally created SailorSolInvictus for DracheaRannak's Sailor Sun/Sailor Earth contest back in 2009, but afterwards I didn't do too much with her. I had planned on introducing her in the RP "Moon Cell" with AnarchicQ but we didn't get very far with that, so a couple of years later I let Madwon borrow her for a few commissions he was receiving from DracheaRannak and Sir-Frog . With that she gained a little popularity, but given I had drawn her one time, only a few people in the SailorMoon fandom knew where she had actually came from. Hell, a few people even thought DracheaRannak had created her.
Then my friend Sir-Frog advised that I draw SailorSolInvictus once again so people would know who created her in the first place and so it was done. Aside from her big-ass yaoi (Yuri?) hands I think the new version came out pretty well. I'm not sure about my lineart, but my colouring has surely improved. I SWEAR I'll get back to posting OCs and other things in the future (I actually have some finished non-sailor pics), but for now...Sailors!

Yeah. Normally I don't like the Sailor uniform stuff because it's so overdone but when I saw yours it was so refreshing and different and so, well, badass. These aren't some helpless school girls with some magical powers that in the end everything works out, these are warriors! And they are here to decimate anything in their way.
So the universe better deal with it!

This is why I like the manga more than either anime. They're more like warriors there and and the manga get dark pretty quickly. Characters die, sometimes more than once. It seems just the Solar System soldiers have the same white bodice school looking uniform though and most other uniforms seen in the manga are different. I mean the Sailor Starlights (who come from a different Solar System) look like dominatrixes.

See, I tried watching the anime and it was so predictable I just couldn't. So I figured the manga would be the same way. It's kinda like Naruto I suppose then. Manga is much better than the anime. I hear its getting a revamp, maybe it was you who told me that. I might try reading it if I can find the time. Especially with inventory over. AW Yissss.
I'm surprised you haven't opened up your art for prints/merchandise. It's definitely good enough and all you have to do is set a price-DA takes a tiny bit for their costs but the rest goes to you. You don't have to maintain stock or anything. Might make you MH doll money-lol! I'd definitely get one of Keppler and Messier and The World of Make Believe. They'd be pretty cool on a key chain and mug too.

oh yeah, the 90s anime had some good character development and was nowhere near as cheesy as the original English dub (and for the record Luna is supposed to be a year younger than Usagi. I don't know why in Hell they made her sound like a middle-aged English Governess in the dub). The manga is far different from the 90s anime and it's still better than the new anime Sailor Moon Crystal (the revamp I was telling you about).

Well, I don't really like DA's prints system (if I buy a prints account I only get 50% and if I don't buy a prints account I only get 20% Wat?), but I have some of my fan stuff over on Red Bubble.
I need to redo World of Make Believe given I learned that part of the image was copyrighted, something the original creator didn't know since they sometimes get images from other users. I have a couple of images that I'd love to have as posters, one of which I figure the title (which is a B-Movie parody) may offended people.
