In all honesty, my method for making puns comes from a lot of poetry writing in school. I look for words that rhyme and insert my original word into the rhyme, and then bam! Pun.

I did poetry in school actually. I was in ceramics, but switched half way thru cus the teacher saw that I wasn't feeling very well in that class, and so suggested to me poetry. Yay! Glad I did. And one of the days, we all did limericks for the first time, and we all had to come up with one in 10 minutes, and people had trouble coming up with even one limerick (are those supposed to be difficult? I don't know...), but I came up with three!
Piderman.

Cry-derman.
Snide-r-man...
