Well, another series...it must be getting boring for you! But please forgive me, pictures depicting winter in all its beauty are - most of the time - begging for series.
This shot shows a beautiful winter sun looming above my most favourite tree - a birch tree very near the place I live. Isn't it a MOST beautiful tree?
What I love about this picture is the deep blue sky, the blazing sun and the lens-flare.

this is great! the lens flare works great here, and the glittering snow makes me smile hehe. i really enjoy the slight angle you took this at, and the mountains in the back. I cant wait to see what a nice spring picture looks like from your town!
