NO WAY did you add my little pony draring to your favorites when you can do this!!That is fantastic! And you captured the arabian anatomy perfectly. I would know because as a kid I spent many years living on an Arabian horse stud ranch and spent alot of time pouring over arabian stud publications drawing stud photos. The most elegant of horses.

I am soo in awe of your art, especially this image. I am amazed by the amount of detail you get into your images. No matter what i try, i just cant get that amount of detail into my pictures. Another thing i love about your work is how you manage to get it to all fit together soo well, one problem that i have always had, and i cant seem to get any better at, is that the features of the horses look as if they have been stuck on as an afterthought, not integrated like yours... your work is simply amazing
If you have any crits for any of my work it would be a great help -Searches through your gallery- do you have any characters? Im itching to do fanart for you!

Awww..you're too kind, thanks for the lovely comment! And fanart, wow, really? I do have some characters but I'd reaally love it if you drew one of my horses - Bryn or Dee.. you don't have to of course, but ... It'd definitely make me VERY happy, even if it was just like a 1 minute doodle! I love my ponies There's pics of them in my photography account ~whickeringwolf ... Bryn's the bay and Dee's the black. They're welsh cobs. Quite simple to draw, no really fancy markings or anything. Ok, I'll stop rambling now.

Wow! That's amazing! It's doubly amazing (to me) that you were able to do it in PS.

You're welcome.
I'm sure it does help, but... well, you know my thoughts on PS (an abbreviation I approve of, since it could easily refer to Pile of ). To me the idea of painting with PS is comparable to the idea of building a house using nothing but a large screwdriver and a spork. I guess the tablet would be like adding a small saw to the toolkit.

LOL, do you mean you dislike the program because there are other programs that are better or do you just not get on with computer-screen painting in general? I find it to be the easiest medium I know! (Which isn't necessarily a good thing.)

I have nothing against e-painting. I just think PS sucks. And I remember reading reviews of painting programs that supposedly blew away PS, but that was a few years back, so who knows? I don't pay attention, any more. But, I can't even get P(o)S to do what it's supposed to do. You get it to do things way beyond what it's supposed to do. (Well, way beyond what my version was designed to do. Dunno about CS.) So, we see it very differently.

Aha, I see. I hear that programs like Painter are way better for painting in But photoshop is my favourite, that I've ever used (thats compared to opencanvas and paintshop pro) All I need photoshop to do is have a colour picker and a hard brush that has adjustable opacity, size and flow, which it does have, so I'm happy enough! I would really love to try Painter however, I think maybe once I'd used that (*rewston sent me some screenshots of it
) I wouldn't want to look back.

There ya go. You just happen to need nothing more than a spork, so PS's collection of sporks suits you to a tee.
