Valentine's Day is right around the corner, and we're big on love here at deviantART! Whether it's the love of someone's gallery, the glomping of that friend who's always there for you, or the devotion you share with that special someone, February 14th is the perfect day to remind those around you how much they bring to your life. One of the great Valentine's Day traditions is giving and receiving heartfelt messages between friends, family, lovers, or even secret admirers. This year, we wanted to add digital deviance to the tradition by introducing the Great Valentine Exchange!

How does it work?

We've created a gallery just for the Great Valentine Exchange gallery , and we need your help filling it with love-inspired creations. Design a card, compose a poem, liberally apply hearts, glitter, or seal it with a kiss! We hope to be chock full of Valentine's Day-oriented deviations in any design you choose for all kinds of recipients!

On February 13th until the 19th, a "Send Valentine" button will magically appear on all deviation pages in the Great Valentine Exchange gallery , which will allow all deviants to send your hand-made valentines to their fellow deviants. You'll also be able to send your gift anonymously or include a message if you so choose.

Heart-filled hints

Remember, the valentine deviation you upload will be available for everyone to send. So you might want to avoid putting a specific deviant’s username on it.

You can upload as many valentine deviations to the gallery as you want!

Fallen in love with one of your designs? If you've included text suggesting it's for a lover, resubmit the design as if it were to a friend or from a secret admirer!

You can send valentines without uploading any of your own, but why not make another deviant's Valentine's Day by sharing your artistic gift with the world?

We hope to be chock full of Valentine's Day-oriented deviations in any design you choose for all kinds of recipients!

On February 13th until the 19th, a "Send Valentine" button will magically appear on all deviation pages in the Great Valentine Exchange gallery , which will allow all deviants to send your hand-made valentines to their fellow deviants. You'll also be able to send your gift anonymously or include a message if you so choose.

Heart-filled hints

Remember, the valentine deviation you upload will be available for everyone to send. So you might want to avoid putting a specific deviant’s username on it.

You can upload as many valentine deviations to the gallery as you want!

Fallen in love with one of your designs? If you've included text suggesting it's for a lover, resubmit the design as if it were to a friend or from a secret admirer!

You can send valentines without uploading any of your own, but why not make another deviant's Valentine's Day by sharing your artistic gift with the world?
