Description
Rohan is eleventh Overseer of Vault 66. Popular among the vault dwellers, he's a bit of a living legend, having spent over twenty years as the vault's best ranger/provisioner. As Overseer, he is is tasked with continuing the vault original goal as established by Vault-Tec: to maintain and continually expand a self-sustaining vault in perpetuity. In the 200 years since the bombs fell, Vault 66 has grown to nearly 30 decks, complete with water-recyclers and underground farms and gardens, and a ballooning population of over 2000 dwellers.

Recently though the vault's expansion drillers have stumbled upon something strange, and Overseer Rohan has sent his most experienced ranger into the wastes on a secret mission...
