Meadowkit was born alongside Goldkit and Smudgekit to Spottedleap and Whiteshade, two warriors of LeafClan- although his mother actually did hail from FoxClan originally. Right from the start, Meadowkit was constantly vying for attention from his parents, much to the chagrin of his siblings.

Brindlepaw's ears perked as she listened to the deputy's speech, her tail waving in excitement. This was going to be great! Everyone hunting and gathering... as she stood up and stretched, she couldn't help that her mentor would want to go hunting. She told herself that she would be fine with either task, but the thrill of the hunt just seemed so much more heroic! Still, though, she had only just met the tom, and therefore it was hard to read the stoic warrior most of the time. Whatever he chose, it would come as a surprise to Brindlepaw.
