This is actually an edit of a screenshot I made a long time ago.
They are pretty easy when you figure out the trick. Just post a screenshot on MS Paint, then erase the eyebrows, then draw and color the rest. Basically I erased the eyebrow, then edited them to SSj3 like eyes, then I added on the extra hair. Thanks anyway, hehe.

yes i made this pic with a old pic of vegeta and i erased the hair and eyes and remade it to look like a ssj3
