I was playing Sonic CD and, when I saw mini Sonic, my first thought was 'wow, that is cute!' and my second was 'that would make a cool cursor set!' So, ta-da!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (for those who need them)
1. Click download on this page to receive a .zip file.
2. Unzip this file--You might need an unpacking software, such as Winzip or Winrar.
3. Inside the folder, read READ ME.txt. It contains further instructions.
