Description
My new digital illustration - only for training. Created in photoshop, something about two days. Without 3D reference. It's a concept of old and worn-out transport ship with very simply shapes and old technologies...I created very very simple "animation" from particulars snapshots of my work. Hi! I loved this design and used it as inspiration for a transport ship in Space Engineers! steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… for a screenshot.
Had to make some concessions for the game of course, but it flew well, looked great in game, and although I renamed it Skyclad, it retained the W328 registration
I'm learning Blender at the moment and think I'll give this one a try next

This spaceship is fantastic! I'm looking for a spaceship image for the book cover of a Science Fiction novel I'm working on. I love the angle it's at and all the great detail. If I credited you and sent you a copy of the paperback once it was published would you give me permission to use this illustration on the cover of my Science Fiction novel? I'd be putting it on a different background and shifting the hue a bit to match the background I already have.

Ne že bych chtěl nějak kritizovat. Je to fakt moc pěkně nakreslené a i design je dobrej, ale vždycky když vidím nějakou vesmírnou bárku tak si říkám k čemu tam sou ty pofidérní křidélka. Ve vesmíru samozřejmě k ničemu a v atmosféře taky protože nemaj žádnej vhodnej tvar pro let.

Díky. Tohle já samozřejmě všechno vím, měl jsem středoškolskou fyziku. Nejsou to křídla aerodynamického typu, může to být cokoliv jiného - prvek konstrukce, kompenzátor, pouzdra na solární panely, kryty, dokovací systém... ne všechno, co vypadá jako křídlo musí být nutně křídlo. Navíc to má i svůj smysl v kompozici toho obrázku.

GREAT design, like it a lot, the background is nicely done too!
The front and the engine effects are very cool, the back is kinda regular
But anyway, the textures are the best^^

nice. The ship looks like it's been through a lot. She looks like she's been overhauled many a times. The old and gritty and archaic but faithfully solid personality nicely captured. I like.
