I try not to think of the time spent painting, and just try to get them finished asap.... I SHOULD time them... but... one day... lol... x

I love it! Its beautiful! The details are great.
This really makes me want to give acrylics another try.
I just have a real hard time mixing them and finding the right color, they're so different from watercolor!

my darling... they are not that different, they just take a little time getting used to... just mix them the same way you would watercolor... slowly and gently, until you achieve the required effect.. in fact I feed them easier than WC because they dont get so light when dry.... you need ti sit and do a couple of paintings, then you will have learned so so much... as I say any problems, just get in touch and I will try to iron them out for you... believe me I make every mistake possible, on every painting... but Im slightly slow... in the head... lol... thank you for the lovely words about my painting... get down and get some done... Sorry about the long time in replying, I recently got carpel tunnel, so I haven't been able to type, but it's finally getting better, so I'm back on da!

It all sounds simple enough, I just have to practice, practice, practice!! I'll try working on something small soon and post it, I'd love to hear your advice on it when its up!
