Loving it bud….just hope spiderman 2 will be this action packed (have you seen the background for the film by any chance??...pretty good)...love the shading in this...the building and tentacles in particular look great.

i think i gotta agree with bothchiball, but i'm also thinking that it may bridge the connection between the battleing figures if you had spidey loking up at the doc... he seems to be staring off into deadspace with his web clung to the vehicle without any reason i can think of.. just thinking that actions & positions should be happening for a reason, for it all tells a story...

i wish you the best in the PJ battle ^_^

looks pretty cool man, i like the perspective and all, and this was a good idea for a set-up, but i have a few suggestions (or comments or whatever).

the poses seems fairly stiff
-doc oc looks to need a neck and to be looking just a tad up so he is looking at spidey.
-i think spidey's right hand should be showing, and with his head as it is, it looks like he is oblivious to doc being there.
-besides those 2, they just don't seem that interactive. the only thing that is interactive is spidey's arm holding that webbing. i would suggest making that tentacle just left and above center (that you see the hand of) be made smashing into the car, and have the one just below it (that you don't see the hand of) be sweeping down trying to grab spidey. maybe swing spidey's torso around so its about 2 and 8 (on clock, with his head over by and have his feet behind him and on hand holding the car rim while the other is similar to how it is now (holding webbing). and maybe instead of having that tentacle on the top right, it could be smashing into the buildings in the background for doc's grip - that tentacle looks a bit strange toward its base too, cause its the only really wavy one. and then.. something would need to be done with doc's body, though i don't know what.. maybe give him a really pissed expression and have him smashing his hands together or something.. i don't know.

as always, please don't think i'm saying this is a bad drawing cause its not. this kicks lots of ass and is far better than i could ever hope to do. these are just my suggestions of how to make it a bit better : ). sorry i wasn't arond to comment on the rough. peace.

The building gap you filled in came out nice. I see you also removed the spidey-sense. Everything else looks great (shading, etc.). Keep up the good work.
