Its might be old. but i hope its fine to critique it.
Basically in animation fight you need to make it notice able. Like the flapping cloth and hair. You did right... but the animation was too fast not very smooth. The hair flapping and the cloth flapping animation look too much to me. The leg movement was already smooth, its very acceptable. But the head well... too weird, too fast and bothersome (That goes the same to the arm movement and the hair which was too much. And the stick shrine thing.. i dont know what it called.) And also goes the same to her skirt, ribbon, and the cloth thing on her hand, also the head ribbon.
I hope your animation was improved... because this post was from january i know that. Just happen to found it.

Such smooth, seamless animation! Truly emulates that classic fighting game feeling. This seems like the basic stance, but to add onto it.....Hmmmm. What if she fixed up her bows, or maybe lifted up one leg and glanced behind her? Maybe a twirl of her..... Swiffer Duster of Divine Punishment? lol idk what that thing is. Imma go look it up. Anyway amazing work! I sincerely hope that you take my suggestions into account. It'd mean a lot... Of course, it's all up to you~
Regardless of whatever you decide to do, I'd say you're worth it to watch, just from your animations alone. Who knows, whenever I decide to get my first job (I recently turned 16, kek. Prob'ly Best Buy.), I may even ask you to do something for a game I wanna produce, depending upon whether or not you take commissions, of course. I really like your style, and I hope to see you improve. Fine tune your signature style; Pursue your ideal kind of artist. I'm currently trying to improve as well, but I often find myself discouraged due to my paltry development over the past 8 months. In fact, because of my confidence being at an all-time low, I haven't drawn in about 3-4 months. I began by passing it off as artist's block, but in reality, I've been far too afraid of even beginning the base of a sketch. I genuinely struggle with EVERY ASPECT of sketching. I think I'm going to start with a basic art class... As in, Art I, this coming school year. Maybe, having clear, concise projects to work on will help me to rekindle my love for just sitting down and drawing.
