Description
An interesting twist to your typical little mermaid. This "mermaid" is a bottom dwelling creature that feeds on other creatures (that's why there's blood on her hands). She's also somewhat a siren, as she uses her beauty to lure in her prey.P.S. You can tell I originally drew this on lined paper.

Your use of color is spectacular, I love what you did with the lighting and shading especially. The fact that you're able to pull off a piece like this (and on line paper at that!!!)... mad props to you. XD
As for the backstory/concept; brilliant. Mermaids need to make a come-back in lore and fantasy, as predators.

Even though i can clearly see the lines of the paper, your work is just as amazing. The lighting is perfect, and i like those bioluminescent things on her body. The floating orbs gives this an even darker tone
