Random sketch I did an hour ago!
I suggest you don't zoom in for once. The detailed pen scribbling is atrocious. This actually looks better smaller.

It looks kind of like child version of Winry from FMA.
... Okay not really. I probably just wish it did...

By the way, for those of you who don't know, "kaze" means wind in Japanese...
I lack titling skills.

Probably will scrap this sketch (more of a doodle)
