Nonono I am a mutant! I defy genetics! Alright, you know when a baby is born and nine times out of ten the baby has the dad's blood type? Well I have my mom's. But according to my biology class, that's impossible without a mutation. My dad is AB+ and my mom is O- and according to biology my possible blood types are either A or B. A baby can't be O if one parent is A, B, or AB. Both parents have to be O for the baby to have that blood type. But, due to some mutation, I have O- blood. See? You don't have to have special powers to be a mutant! ^_^ Wow. Lengthy explanation, huh? Sorry! It's easy to understand, but hard to explain.
P.S. Most Jelly Beans I like, but some flavors...YUCK (like licorice)! And most Root Beer (like A&W) gives me a headache, but I found one that doesn't (Barq's) so it's alright. ^_^

Im not one to like looking around aspects of the body and all of its jank inner features- although I found the brain's celebral cortex a VERY interesting and epic topic in B5 advanced science.
Just because of one single mutation that couldv happened in your genes or chromasomes doesnt make yourself a literal mutant though :3

real answer:
During the editing of the episodes, sometimes the editors add more details, effects , remove scenes and sometimes FLIP THEM!.
that is the case of why sometimes you see a character having one detail in one hand, and then it magically appears in the other one the next episode..
they do this to prevent the audience from getting bored on certain aspects (thus they flip the image to get a bigger difference from other scenes)

yeah, it happens a ton, specially on drawn episodes where the characters have special or unique details on just one side, thats why they always try to make the characters as mirrored as possible.

Maybe Piper's dominant in her right hand, but uses her left when she really has to? o-o; ...I have no idea. The Cyclonis panel made me laugh hysterically, and I thought the woman was wearing shorts, too, until I read the bottom of the panel and noticed it was the guy's sleeve. -_-; I hate those too-close-for-comfort panels. You can't tell where one person starts and another ends.
