Great anime but it was surpassed by Gurren Lagann a few years ago.

Nah, I watched it. I just think people blow it out of proportion. It's all loud noises and no actual depth to the story. I think FLCL is a complete package and impossible to top.

True, FLCL has depth but the characters weren't as likable. In TTGL there's Kamina, which is the coolest anime character ever. It's all about determination and believing in yourself. It's inspirational, clever and funny. What more could you want??
