Commission by this is an Alola form for Noctowl that I envisioned. Why do we need an Alola form Noctowl like this you ask? Well, because we need a Snowy Owl Pokémon in the games. And why Mold Breaker as one of the abilities? In Sun and Moon, regular Noctowl could learn Moonblast through leveling up. The Mold Breaker ability can be used for any type of move except Fairy. That's why I chose Mold Breaker as one of the abilities. I really love Snowy Owls a lot, and I wish for a Snowy Owl Pokémon in the games, and I hope one comes to Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
