Commission by this is what I believe a Bug/Dragon regional variant starter Pokémon should be like. Combee fits the bill of having a Bug/Dragon regional variant as a starter because, like regular starter Pokémon, Combee has a medium slow leveling rate, a 87.5% male, 12.5% female gender ratio, and can learn Draco Meteor at max friendship, the same way fully evolved starters can learn Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and Hydro Cannon. And like a starter Pokémon, Galarian Combee has only one main ability, which is Swarm, because it does the same thing as Overgrow, Blaze, and Torrent for regular starter Pokémon. Unlike regular Combee, Galarian Combee can evolve from any gender at level 16. And Galarian Combee's evolutionary line's hidden ability is Double-Up, which doubles the attack power of attacking moves with a base power of 60 or less. It's an upgraded form of Technician.
