I love this!! Innocence. I knew it'd be fun. So the main thing is that it's a little girl. I dunno about everyone else, but when I was a little girl, my friends and I would raid my mom's makeup case during our games of 'Sailor Moon.' I was always either Sailor Moon or Sailor Pluto. Usually Sailor Pluto. Sorry, I started rambling. haha, so this little girl got into her mom's makeup and tried doing it herself! She found a pearl necklace in her mom's jewelry case, too. How glamorous! So yes, the makeup job is bad on purpose. I'm sure I looked just as rediculous when I was little.
