The Bulleteer is a Grant Morrison creation for a more modern take on the Golden Age Seven Soldiers of Victory. She's a special needs teacher who got caught up in the experiment that killed her husband and reluctantly became a hero.

Alix here is one of the few characters that I could use a Power Girl torso on. I have to swap the lower legs and arms with a Star Sapphire Wonder Woman I believe.
