Description
The Persuader started off as an enforcer for various crime syndicates but found that work as an assassin and hired killer suited his purposes much better. With the aid of his Atomic Axe, he is a member of the Fatal Five and constant enemy of the Legion of Super-Heroes.

I made the Persuader almost completely out of an OMAC figure, only swapping out the right hand for one that could grip his axe, which I scratch-built.
