Description
A failure as a petty crook, Tharok had half of his body destroyed in a nuclear accident and replaced with cybernetics. With newfound strength and intelligence, he returned to his life of crime, eventually becoming the first leader of the Fatal Five.

I went with my own take on Tharok here because the original version was sort of silly looking. I used a Cyborg body as the base, but swapped out a Luthor head and the right arm (I can't remember with what though.). I also added several belts from an AzBats figure and some techobits here and there from other figures.
