It's none other than the malevolent digi-pyromaniac himself, Flawizarmon
He's probably one of my fave Digimon... first saw him on Xros Wars and immediately loved this guy mostly due to his design xD Shame that he's pretty underrated even though personally I think he looks pretty damn awesome. Really enjoyed the coloring process for this one, too 
Yes, I'm using this guy as Candlemon's champion form for OCT~
