EDIT: I changed her name to Lalrashi/Llaalruse due to matching canon a bit better, but I can't edit the sheet just yet. Once I can, it will match the title of the picture and the description.

The first of many sheets for my various Elder Scrolls characters! As Llaalruse (as she most frequently goes by) was my first finalized character (though she's gone through many forms--namely she used to be called Lakai and have no personality), I figured I would do her first.

Backstory: Lalrashi was born to some recently-civilized Ashlanders in the Sheogorad region of Vvardenfell. When they passed away (she was 15 or so--pretty young for an elf), she milled around in the northern cities and towns for a while before, around the age of 40, she migrated to Balmora in search of something to do for a living. She came across Sugar-Lips Habasi of the Thieves Guild and, since she was still fairly immature, the Khajiit took her in and taught her to be a thief. This is when she changed her name to Llaalruse the Blind (the title coming from her early days of thieving, when she had a habit of leaping before she looked). As she grew older and more skilled, she ranked up and decided to pursue some political protection for the guild. Under the disguise of a noblewoman named Venan Olethys, she joined House Hlaalu and worked her way through those ranks, eventually meeting and becoming intimate (and, to her misfortune, falling in love) with Crassius Curio, who was more than happy to make minor deals to protect a guild that hardly causes problems compared to the Cammona Tong.

And that's where she is around the plot of Morrowind! By Oblivion or so, she's gotten in enough trouble with local authorities that she fled to Cyrodiil to let things calm down, and she does some Thieves Guild work there before heading back to Vvardenfell. So that's that.

Dealing with elf ages is pretty tough. I think she's more or less an adult at this point, but she's still very young compared to many other elves. Fortunately for her, she's talented in stealth, so she could work her way up to a high position in the guild, and she's a damn good talker. In fact, her class is characterized by being very good at sneaking, lockpicking, all that jazz while also being a tremendous actor, able to lie and talk one's way out of things with ease.

Also of note, since I couldn't put it on her sheet, she has a very faint Scottish accent. In my personal canon, just as many regions in Tamriel have various accents, the Sheogorad region tends to bear Scottish accents (much like its namesake Daedric God). I figure it's one more reason that area might have been named as such--it's a tough and almost maddening area, prone to storms, and the people have Sheogorath-esque accents. Lal's, however, has faded a bit from years of living in the south.
