HAHA. I blame =Arada Tellin' me about this club...makin' me wanna join even though I have a hundred other clubs... AWESOME. XD

Buuuut I don't care. I loves me some character design, plus I got to research constellations and make a character that matched one. That being said, LAWL, Cassiopeia. Woo for vain, arrogant queen-type person. Hopefully this will do well in the application process. I am thinking I'll probably get some critique somewhere, as I just know I've missed something. (Hurr hurr, I love doing limitations on powers...I think my Nu-verse work has ingrained this process into my brain...) *is excited anyway*

REQUIRED INFO!:

Personality: Wendy is a hard person to like. She tends to be very vain, arrogant, and self-centered. She has very few friends, though those that have learned to take her personality with a grain of salt do enjoy her company--if for no other reason than that she is hilariously egotistical. She tends to think the world revolves around her. She also loves fancy and sparkly things, which means she can sometimes be a snob when someone dresses “shabbily” (which encompasses most of the known world). When it comes down to it, though, she mostly is just attention-seeking, and she will fiercely protect her friends--mainly because they’re the only ones she has and she is secretly terrified of losing them.

How do they open their gate: With Queen’s Bounty in your possession, you face any mirror and hold the scepter out in front of you vertically. Turn it upside down then right side up three times, and that will open the gate.

Attacks:
Vanity Flare:
Her basic attack, more or less. By slashing the scepter, Wendy can create a flame whip. It will only last as long as she is swinging the scepter; if she stops, it will dissipate immediately--or it will last two minutes, after which it will also dissipate.

Burning Envy:
Wendy can quickly spin Queen’s Bounty to create a fire shield in front of her; this will only last as long as she can spin the scepter (which is not very long at all, as it turns out). While this protects her from attacks to her front, it does nothing to protect her from the back and sides.

Flames of Passion:
Wendy holds her scepter above her head and cries out, which creates a small but powerful firestorm around her. It doesn’t last for very long, but it is extremely powerful. It is also harmful to anyone it touches, so she is unlikely to use it while there are allies within range (which is about a two yards to either side--just to be safe). Unfortunately, this attack also renders her unable to attack for a while afterward, so it is sparingly used.

Weaknesses: Not only is her element weak to water, but she is also terrified of it. Anything larger than a bathtub of water and she will start to panic. She is also very susceptible to flattery.
