Self portrait! I'd been meaning to try out a proper painting, so here it is. TRYING TO BE A SUPER SERIOUS ARTIST, GUYS.Additionally, I could use some more experience painting from life, so this was pretty good practice.
Well, anyway. It looks like me. I think that's a victory.

Seriously though, you did a wonderful job at this. The skin isn't over blended and the background has a nice bit of texture from your brush that adds depth to the painting. Seriously I cannot wait to see what you do next, you art makes me so excited when it pops into my inbox.
