LOL FOR #Org-Evolution . XD This is what happens when people harass me into joining things. I LOVE CREATING CHARACTERS, YOU GUYS, IT'S NOT LIKE YOU ARE TWISTING MY ARM (I just don't have time to contribute much else, hurr).

Anyway. I am very happy with how this came out. I am soooo glad I spent forever doing this tonight even though I have way more important stuff to do. HOORAY FOR CHARACTER SHEETS and DESIGNS THAT COME OUT THE WAY YOU WANT THEM TO.

(By the way, I was in no way influenced by Assassin's Creed 2. 'Cuz, y'know, I haven't been watching *WilliamSchatz play it for hours this weekend. No. Not at all. *looks away conspicuously*)

YEAH. As a side note, I'm assuming Heartless lurk in the dungeons of the Palace of Justice...'cuz, y'know, there's probably a lot of easy prey down there. YEAH, MY LOGIC IS FLAWLESS.

Name: Mixsza

Title: The Silent Shot

Ability: ADHESION: this ability allows Mixsza's hands and feet to adhere to any surface that can support her weight. This includes walls and ceilings (and anything in between), though it is much harder to stick to a ceiling than a wall.

Backstory:
Like many gypsies, Simza and her family snuck into Paris when she was very small and began making a living, such as it was. Her parents taught her acrobatics, and she soon proved herself to be extremely talented in this area. When she wasn't helping to earn coins with her parents by performing backflips and miscellaneous flexible feats, she was found climbing across the roofs of buildings and perching peacefully in the strangest--and seemingly least accessible places in the city.

Once she thought herself skilled enough, she offered to show off her skills during the Feast of Fools--and she impressed people enough to perform for several years. Her intricate acrobatics came to be fairly well known.

However, it was not long before Frollo's soldiers captured Simza and her family. They took them to the Palace of Justice, where they were interrogated in order to discover the location of the so-called “Court of Miracles”. When none of them would talk, they were forced to endure unspeakable acts of torture. In the end, Frollo grew tired of the lack of progress with them and left them to rot in the dungeons--and in the darkness lurked strange, black creatures, hungry for the hearts of the enfeebled gypsies abandoned there.

Just as unwilling to give up and die as she had been to reveal the location of the Court of Miracles, Simza struggled valiantly against the writhing black things, but in her weakened state she was really not much of a match for them. However, when the creatures clawed at her chest, clearly delivering the final blow (well, clearly to Simza), it seemed to her that she merely blacked out for an instant. She woke up in the dungeon, free of any bindings and feeling distinctly...different, though she could not place how. It was not until she saw the dead bodies of her parents--and felt only a cold feeling that she SHOULD be upset--that she realized what must have happened. She had once heard stories of what these black creatures could do. Was it possible she had lost her heart?

It took her a few weeks to grow used to who she now was--she no longer considered herself Simza, but she had no new name for herself just yet. She soon learned of her ability to cling to walls as though a spider--an ability that assisted her greatly as she began to climb the walls of the city at night, seeking out those killed her family. She may not have really felt anything when she saw them lying in the dungeon, but she knew what she had to do to make up for that lack of feeling--she would destroy those responsible for their capture. And destroy she did. Any guard unfortunate enough to stride about the city at night often found himself with a knife in his back.

It was only a handful of months before she was found by a peculiar, pale man--seemingly similar to herself in some way--who offered her another outlet for her skills. She decided to follow him when a new name came to her mind upon meeting him--something missing from who she used to be, an X where something ought to be; Mixsza.

Other: Mixsza, though a rather effective assassin when she needs to be, is a surprisingly kind person. When she is not wearing her hood (and therefore not off to...well, off someone), she smiles frequently and enjoys listening to the things others have to say, though she rarely offers her own thoughts. However, when her hood is up, it's business time.

She is rather straightforward, calculating, and swift in her assassinations--she sees no point in beating around the bush when she's going to kill someone--or something. That said, she prefers to stay far, far away from her opponents--she is much more effective at sniping enemies with her knives than she is with close combat. Fortunately, should she ever wind up close to an enemy, she is very agile and flexible, and she is quite good at escaping to a safe distance before any damage can be done to her.

It should be noted that Mixsza VERY rarely speaks. Ever since being tortured, she has decided it is best not to speak at all (unless absolutely necessary--and she has yet to find a situation in which this applies since becoming a Nobody). If she needs to communicate, she has learned to be very effective with subtle charades. She would write notes, but she has no idea how (and as one might expect, she also cannot read).

Also, she loves heights. When possible, she will go the highest place she can reach and simply sit there. Being on the ground to her is like being asleep--she doesn't feel fully awake or alive until she is at least eight feet off of the ground.

EDIT: It should be noted that while Mixsza realizes she does not have a heart and therefore does not really feel emotions (...like all Nobodies), she has learned to accept the feeling that she "should" feel something as the feeling itself. It is her way of adapting to having no heart, and it allows her to function nearly the same as when she was a Somebody (albeit much quieter and much more mature).

EDIT 2: Due to being tortured, Mix is marred with a number of nasty-looking burn scars (diagrammed here ), and is absolutely petrified by red-hot metal coming anywhere even remotely close to her. Just a side note.

EDIT 3: Thanks to Tex introducing her to Facebook and a miraculous device that translated her thoughts into typing, Mix has been teaching herself to read and write. She's still not very comfortable with writing (so she doesn't write notes instead of speaking just yet), but she can read fairly well.
