got a chance to do a cover for Valiant's Quantum and Woody book. they wanted the ever classic homage to Kevin Maguire's Justice League #1 cover from 1986. yeah, there's a mishap in the printing and didn't crop the art correctly leaving the goat's head floating there....but, overall I think it looks great. lover the colors on the trade dress. colors are by the talented Andrew Dahlhouse with some minor modifications by myself. Thanks to editor Karl Bollers and Valiant comics for the opportunity!for those interested in my process you can find it here...

lol! yes! we are referencing that cover. if you look at my process of for that cover, in the first pass...I tried to literally copy the placement of all the figures. sigh...but it couldn't work that way in the end. I do credit Maguire underneath my signature too.
