Reboot Idea #28"Girls of Gotham"
Gotham City is a large place, and even with a family of costumed heroes, some crimes in everyday life...rape, abuse, kidnapping...fall under the radar, and those who are at their most defenseless need the most defense.
That's when Harley and Ivy look to clean up the city their way.
Detective Ellen Yin is a woman who sees the good that costumed heroes and meta-humans can do for the city, but when a string of kidnappings lead to a dead end, and the Batsignal isn't getting a response, Ellen is forced to team up with two of Arkham Asylum's most insane former inmates.
Ellen knows that this idea is crazy, but she's desperate. And who knows? Maybe Gotham's salvation can be found in the hands of its' girls

Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy have always been favorites of mine, and I loved Gotham City Sirens, so I feel the same with this idea. I always enjoy seeing more of these two, especially together, and honestly I prefer them as good guys or antiheroes instead of villainesses. Add a detective trying to work alongside them, and you got one great idea.

I don't know... turning villains into heroes is not always a bad thing, but it's rarely a good move in my opinion. Also, this team is sorely missing one of its members: Selina Kyle. I just love Dini's Gotham City Sirens. He managed to write an excellent story about those three while staying in character, with their struggles always revolving around survival instead of superheroism. Oh well...
On the other end, it's a great way to recycle the Ellen Yin character (who was actually inspired by Ellen Yindel from Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns").

THIS idea with these two...? Oh my gosh... This is just so great! It would be like bringing back the Harley Quinn comic back... but to a whole 'nother level!
YES! I can see this happening. And i LOVE the image you've done of the two of them! 
I have to admit, I'd be really interested in seeing this whole idea brought to light. I'm sure a ton of different adventures could be brought about. It'd make for an interesting added 'branch' that's for sure.

I love Ivy with both white and green skin and had no idea which one I was going to give her...so I decided on Both. XD
